San Gabriel Valley Multicultural Wedding | Raymond + Alexandra | Arcadia, California

So excited to finally share with you guys my first official wedding that I shot as a primary shooter! I thought I was going to be nervous leading up to the wedding day but ever since I met with Raymond and Alexandra a few months ago, they just told me to relax and do my best.

Fun fact: Raymond and Alexandra met at a Johnny Rockets when Alexandra was a cashier and Raymond was a customer. Raymond was with his friend who told him that he should go up and start a conversation with her. After they talked, Raymond was able to get her number and he didn’t waste that chance to turn a serendipitous encounter into a lifetime commitment. I was kind of surprised when I heard this because it’s a very old fashioned way of meeting someone and asking them out on a date, but I loved it! In a world filled with social media and dating apps, it’s very rare to hear these kinds of interactions in this day and age.

They are seriously one of the sweetest couples that I’ve ever met and it was an honor being the photographer for their wedding. Keep scrolling to see all the photos from this happy, love-filled day!
