Wedding season is back and it’s been busier than ever! This year, the industry has seen the most weddings in decades. Industry experts predict that 2022 will be the busiest wedding season ever as couples that postponed their wedding during the pandemic will finally have their weddings. Currently, around 60% of all couples are allowing more than 100 guests at their weddings. As vaccination rates slowly increase, couples are more open to having in-person weddings as we head into 2022.
This was the first wedding I shot after things started reopening back in March of this year. I had the opportunity to second shoot for Kate Garcia Weddings for Connor & Jenny’s wedding at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa in Palm Springs. This is by far the most beautiful wedding venue that I have ever shot in. The decor provided by the hotel and Shindig Chic were marvelous. While Kate was photographing the bride & bridesmaid, I photographed the groom & groomsmen in their suites. I'm super excited to finally share these photos from this beautiful wedding with all of you!
